Creative Alliance, the largest Advertising Agency in the region, is looking for a Digital Media Supervisor to join its respected Media Services Team.​ We’re looking for someone with a strong Digital Media background who can help the agency, and our clients, use Digital Media more effectively and efficiently.​



About You:

You are an Internet and Media Junkie, an avid consumer of all media, and always looking to check out the latest and greatest from media trends to viral videos, and the things that are just plain fun to look at.​ You have a strong background in Media with an emphasis on Digital Media including research, planning, buying, and placing, and you are ready share that knowledge.​ You also bring past experiences and relationships with Publishers and Ad Networks across various online verticals.​ You understand that on-line advertising does not equal just websites and banner ads, and you embrace the idea of Web 2.​0, Social Media, and are looking to move forward with the next great leaps on-line.​

Responsibilities:

* Be an agency leader in the world of Digital Media
* Develop, Plan, Execute, and Optimize Digital Media plans while educating and directing others in the Agency on how to do the same.​
* Work with key national and local vendors to manage and help create SEM/​SEO campaigns.​
* Develop standard Dashboard reporting for our client’s media campaigns, as well as post campaign analysis.​
* Work with the SVP of Media Services to create an agency wide philosophy around Digital Media best practices.​
* Work with the Media Services Team to create high-level, impactful and fully integrated strategies and plans for all our clients.​
* Help to determine the right tool set (adserving, reporting, planning, etc) needed to build a successful Digital Media Department.​
* Work with a cross-functional team of Creative, Production and Account Managers to create and identify opportunities that exceed expectations.​
* Create and build relationships with Ad Networks, Publishers, and Rich Media partners
* This position reports to the SVP of Media Services



Skills/​Experience:

* 5+​ years of Digital Media research, planning/​buying is required.​
* Proven experience in working with Ad Networks and Publishers to build relationships and negotiate rates.​
* Prior experience/​familiarity in using an Adserving platform (DART, Mediaplex, Atlas, etc.​)
* Familiar with ComScore and other planning and research tools
* Previous experience developing Best Practices and Process around Digital Media.​
* Previous experience presenting and working with executive level staff and Senior Brand Executives.​
* Prior experience in an Agency setting is preferred but not required.​

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience



Compensation: commensurate with experience.​
